RE:  BUSINESS REPORT ON ADOPTING RADICALLY DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGIES.

After a close examination I heavily suggest a business changes that can be implemented to effectively manage the business.  Major and minor changes are important for a business. Technology has been an important aspect of our business, technology infrastructure affects the culture, efficiency and the relationships of a business. Technology is at the forefront of affecting the security of confidential information. With time technology is changing and it has become highly important to update business technologies.  Implementation of new technology enhances the efficiency of departments. New advanced technology is the ultimate solution to increase business productivity.

Benefits of adopting radically different technologies include, enhanced business operations. Technology helps a business understand the cashflow needs and preserve precious resources such as time and space. With proper advanced technology in place the business will be able to save time and money by holding meetings over the internet instead of gathering at cooperate headquarters (Avadikyan, et al., np).  Technology facilitates the creation of a dynamic team within the business since employees in different locations will be able to interact effectively. Technology helps eliminate cliques and social tensions that often hinder business success.

            Just like any business our business too is subject to security threats and vandalism. Technology is utilized to protect the business from cyber security threats.  The business will be in a place to utilize advanced technology to protect confidential data and other proprietary information that can threaten the success of the business if exposed (Ciobanu et al., np). Advanced technology helps facilitate advanced research that in return create new ideas for development this helping the business stay ahead of competition. New technology will allow businesses to conduct market research without engaging with customers on a one on one basis. Customers are an important aspect of any business, adapting different technologies that can enhance the firm’s ability to communicate with its clients is important. Technology will help the firm gain a competitive advantage over large firms.

            When implementing technology, it is important to have in mind that every technology comes withs its own disadvantages; therefore, while implementing new technology it is important to ensure that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages (Ringberg, et al., n.p).  Among these disadvantages is the frustrations of those who will be affected by the new technology. To avoid frustrations, it is important to be transparent as possible when it comes to implementing new technologies since it will only frustrate the employees further. Getting technology endorsers will be effective when easing the process of implementing new technology in the firm.  It is  also important to consider hosting training sessions that will educate employees on the use of new technology, with training employees and stakeholders are likely to be less frustrated with the implementation of new technology (Srinivasan et al., np).  Lastly, it is important for the employer to be patient with the employees, embracing change can always be hard and employees might be reluctant. This, includes being patient with all the people involved in the project keeping in mind that innovation does not happen overnight.

I propose the implementation of new technology with a focus on improving the productivity of the business, increase efficiency in various departments as well as enhance the security of business confidential data. The business will have to significantly go through a few steps to test and adopt new technologies. Failure to keep up with technology is a major cause of missed growth opportunities since businesses must utilize technology to gain market tractions and ensure the growth of the business.
