The question of who we are has been the basis for how much of human literature and exploration for all of recorded history. Are we simply organic machines, nothing more than the sum of our parts? Are we blessed creatures, set apart and different from others? Are we even real? In "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep", we are asked this constantly, and the answers are not always easy.
In 5 page essay MLA format, argue which character is the most human. To do this YOU MUST DEFINE WHAT A HUMAN EVEN MEANS and then apply that definition to the character you have chosen. In essence, you are creating a definition of humanity and then showing me a how a character from the novel is the best example of that definition. Do not simply summarize the story of the actions of the character, but show me how that character fulfills your definitions of what it means to be human. ALso, do not just give a cursory definition of humanity, but rather a full explanation. You must 2 outside courses ( philosopher, religion ) for this definition and only for this definition. DO NOT USE THE ANDROIDS BOOK AS A SOURCE.
