My topic is Yoga and Health: Educational Institutions and Yoga Health Benefits

My research question: How does Yoga affect the physiological well-being, health well-being and academic performance of a student?  

My thesis: Because of the three major beneficial effects of yoga on health, Educational institutions should conduct yoga programs for their students. 

INTRODUCTION: Brief background information about my topic that my peers need to know (not too generalised background info) It should also include my research question and thesis. ( use of credible and appropriate sources in introduction)  

3 body paragraphs. ( For each body paragraph use of minimum of 3 credible and appropriate sources to support the developed point/argument) it can be more than 3 but not less. ( using subheadings for each developed point. For each developed paragraph at least 2 and a half page. ( it can be more but not less) 

My three main points mentioned in my outline is 1) Psychological well-being; sub points are stress, anxiety, mood enhancement, depression, etc example as in illustrating three benefits of psychological well-being from yoga and support it with credible and appropriate sources. 2) is academic performance: like boost memory and conceptual thinking improves concentration, listening skills, etc) 3) health well-being: like preventing mental health conditions, physical fitness and other beneficial effects. 

Conclusion: Not less than half a page. providing tentative answer to my research question. Recommendation or solution. example: based on these 3 benefits schools should conduct yoga programs...... then brief details on how this can happen ( not just mentioning my recommendation because that is what I think) or examples of schools using supportive credible sources that conduct such programs and resulted in good outcomes. 

Lastly, you should write an Abstract before the introduction with keywords under the Abstract that tell the important key points of the research paper
