What I need is 3 to 4 power point slides that covers the following items:

1. Address the health disparity among different segments of the population for substance abuse. 

2. Identify ways to enhance or optimize health in regarding substance abuse using evidence-based research.

The power power needs to be accompany with speaker's notes and citations APA/ Peer Review style.  You do NOT need to go crazy on the power point slides designs or background schemes since my 3-4 slides is part of a group power point of 20 slides.
