Complete and submit a letter of intent to the PTA Program Admissions Committee:        1. Explaining your reason/s for seeking admission to the PTA Program; and
2. Sharing your experience(s) related to the Physical Therapy Profession.
This should be a formal paper, typed, single-spaced, 10-12 point font, of no less than one page nor more than three pages.
