Analysis of a Company or Corporation Regarding Change

Select a large company or corporation other than your current employer to examine regarding change-effort topics, such as: problem solving, creativity, organizational learning, engagement, risk taking, networking, and adaptation (to environmental or internal pressures). Address  two of these concepts as they are related to complexity. You are expected to go into some detail on these topics.

Research the corporation:
Create a presentation format. Paragraphs should be concise yet covey enough information that the CEO (or professor) can clearly understand what message you are sending.
   
In your presentation, make sure you answer the following questions:

1. What Company are you discussing? Why?
2. What are your specific themes? (Address two.)
3. How do your selected themes relate to complexity?
4. How might your themes contribute to change?
5. Using complexity concepts, comment on what the company is doing well or not doing? Why is this?
6. What are the overall implications for change that has already happened or change that needs to happen?
7. how can we apply your findings to our daily business environments
