The assignment is for you to review the Management Areas, (otherwise referred to in PMBOK as "knowledge" areas) where we have not previously studied with great detail in this course. They are listed below.

Keep in mind the "tools and techniques" you have worked on and developed thus far in the course are standard CORE planning tools for practicing Project Managers. You must ask yourself, "How might these planning tools like the WBS, RACI/RAM, Cost Estimate, Gantt Chart, help me develop additional plans that will tie together and give me a better strong-hold for success on this Project's plan?"

We shall think about and consider the following. Please read up and study each of the Plan's below leading up to our final culmination of your studies.

Instructions

Pick one of the plans below and think about how you would develop a "plan" that you could implement them into your course project. Don't reject the concept of "integration".

What I'd like you to do is prepare a very short white paper discussing the value of the plan you choose below and how it would be used in your project.

Your white paper should be 4-pages, APA format, double-spaced. Include cover sheet for p. 1 and reference page on p.4.
