• Introduction - Introduction to report which should include supporting sources (BASE this from the powerpoint presentation introduction, also briefly introduce the organisation before the change ) before the clubcard scheme was introduced into the organisation)
• Main Findings – PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED POWEPOINT PRESENTATION WHICH IS RELEVANT TO THIS REPORT FOR ALL THE TASKS BELOW
• The findings of the report should start with background information on the organisation TESCO STORES – WHEN THE CLUBCARD SCHEME WAS INTRODUCED sourced from your proposal presentation (attached document)
• You should also state the reason for the change how bringing the clubcard shceme changed the organisation for the good- Financial, Human Resource etc change- support this with a critical discussion of the influences of this area/s on change.

• 2.2 Discuss which ‘models’ of change were engaged with in the planning/implementation stage i.e Kurt Lewin – 3 step model,John Kotters 8 steps to change and Kubler Ross. Describe the benefits of using a change ‘model’ to help in the change process.

• Critically analyse the nature of the change undertaken by the organisation- Please use information from task 3 of your proposal. (attached document)
• You should also engage with a ‘critical’ discussion on the need for change in organisations and the influence that the micro and macro environment has on organisations in general and specifically your organisation (the PESTLE information).

• Identify and describe the involvement of leaders in the planning and implementation of the change process. Within this section discuss ‘complex’ areas of the change process that called for the involvement of leaders. Complex areas maybe –i.e people, finance, culture, organisation systems, stakeholders, market strength, improved knowledge etc. Did the leadership ‘Help or Hinder’ the change process –why?
• Support this section with a critical discussion of ‘Leadership’ in relation to change and in particular managing ‘complex’ issues.

• Discuss where and how ‘change agents’ were used in the change process and identify their contribution. Did the ‘change agents’ come from internal or external sources.
• Where no ‘change’ agents were used identify the issues that arose due to this.
• Support this section with a critical discussion of the role of ‘change agents’ within the change process.
• 3.0
• Provide a conclusion which highlights the areas of success within the change process- i.e Use of ‘change agents’ etc. Then outline the areas that require further development to aid successful change planning and implementation in the future-i.e Insufficient analysis of the internal or external environment, poor leadership, etc. These areas should guide you to your recommendations.
• 4.0
• Compile a set of recommendations to aid the organisation in future planning and implementation of a change process. Remember! You must justify and support your recommendations with evidence and sources.
• NB.
• Please remember this a academic report and therefore must be supported by a range of 25 references, theories etc.
