Just a reply to the student’s post regarding business network
Hello Professor and Class,
I hope everyone doing well this week. I know for myself I have had a rough two weeks. Trying to get back on track.  This week's discussion is talking about networking. I think that one of my mind reason I came into healthcare because I enjoy talking with people and making new friends.  One of this week's resources article "Lean-to Love Networking" talks about how you can take the step to learn how to love networking. I think this article was very helpful when it comes to knowing what you should be looking for to network.
Why is networking so important to job seekers?
Networking is important for job seekers because it gives them an idea if you are a people person.  I also think it helps them see if you are a go-getter. 
With whom, where, and when should you network?
You should network everywhere you go because you don't know who knows who.
Who are the best kinds of contact networks?
The best kinds of contact with the network are Business Networking International and American Marketing Association. 
What people should be in your network?
People that should be in your network are people that will uplift you. People that when someone talks to them about a job or a position they think of you because you have a great work ethic, and you have a positive, joyful and you're a people person.
