Self-management tools

All students anticipate for a good life stability and so do I. being a qualified educational psychologist, I am looking forward for adjust my life based on being a resourceful person by inspiring the society as it has been my dream. I am looking forward to start designing and developing project courses for parents, teachers and counselors who involve in bringing up children. I am also planning to work closely with the educational officers and professionals in building an environment that supports proper learning for all people (Ruggiero, 2014).

Despite the plans and success that I am looking forward to, I can prefigure that ease is not guaranteed. I will have to handle various adjustment difficulties before I become well established psychologist. Lack of enough experience will be one of the possible challenges that are likely to face my field work. Time management, lack of motivation, and stress due to uncertainty may also be possible problems that I might face.

Being able to foretell the possible problems that might be a hindrance to my success is important because it gives me a platform from which I can find solutions to them. First, I am planning to carry out a lot of research even if it shall not be a requirement. This will help me set up a research habit that will carry me through the entire course. I am also planning to look for a reliable mentor who shall guide me on how to carry out my duties and therefore the problems of time management, stress and uncertainty will be well taken care of. I will also embrace the creative problem solving technique in solving most of these problems (Ruggiero, 2014). My self- management tools will be simple tools such as time consciousness, creativity and planning all put into practice.
