Values of the Hotel chain/group

Marriott hotel’s values have remained the same as the group believes in consistency. The core value is that the group considers people as the primary priority, excellence pursuit, changes embracer, performing with integrity in serving its world (Marriott, 2017).  Marriot as an international group has a well established history as well as a flourishing culture.  The hotel chain believes that when the associates are well handled then the consumers will be well addressed as well.  Associates and consumers are the major determinate of success and therefore an opportunity for growth must always be provided (Marriott, 2017).  In addition the dedication of the group to the consumers demonstrates its objective of pursuing excellence. The hotel believes in offering quality services and food at favorable prices in order to retain its consumers.  Due  to the fact that it is a global  business  it embraces  change through innovativeness  as part of the  present  hospitality  field. The chain additional upholds legal as well as ethical standards in strengthening and serving its world (Marriott, 2017).

Part II

Marriott is an international corporation that is among the top multinational American hospitality corporations that are diversified. The corporation was founded in the year 1927 by Marriot J. Willard but is currently administered by Marriot Bill his son and the CEO Sorenson Arne (Marriott, 2017).  Its head-quarter is situated at Maryland, Bethesda in Washington. The  Marriot hotel chain was the first  to offer  food that  is fully free  from  trans fats and it is well known  for its offering of a Holy bible  and Mormon book copies  in  all  its rooms.  Marriot has thirty international brands which fall under the following brands categories classic luxury, distinctive luxury, classic premium, distinctive premium, classic select, distinctive select and distinctive and classic longer stays (Marriott, 2017).
