Creating my organization

I would love having an organization that makes huge profit. Making profit is the main goal of all organizations since profits is an indicator of success. I should come up with a good plan on what I would like my organization to be like. I would come up with a clear vision and mission that I would want to achieve. In addition I would come up with clear objectives that I would like to achieve and set a reliable time frame for the goals to get achieved. Setting a reliable time setting up time and providing enough resources for the objectives will contribute success towards my organization.

I would prefer a profit making organization where I will employ as many employees as possible as one way of giving back to the society. My organization has to comply with all the set laws and regulations meaning that I have to pay taxes. I have to employ qualified employees and qualified and experienced management to be part of my success team. I have to ensure that I lay a strong foundation as the founder of the organization in order to act as the role model to the many people behind me.

Coming up with the organization is not hard as maintaining the organization and ensuring everything flows smoothly. I have to let my plan guide me so that I can achieve success which is my main goal. I will like transformational leadership method since my employees will feel motivate and will get inspirational from time to time. My organization will be locally connected at first but later on connected globally as one way of ensuring more and more profits are generated. In addition more employees will be employed and by doing that I will have given back to the community.
