Under the leadership quiz I scored for Participatory type of management. Which I feel is great skill to possess in a management position. So I do agree with my assessment results. I believe that if staff see their supervisor in the trenches it develops respect.
I believe the worse leadership style is Laissez-faire. This leadership style has no boundaries or control factor. It's they are in a wild zoo. No responsibility, accountability etc.
I worked for and Autocratic supervisor. The staff did do as told but the staff was not happy and not looking forward to going to work. It was effective on the aspect the department was not on the spotlight because everything was always done and in order.
