You may expand your sources to include Civil Engineering magazine, daily media (print or web-based), or other sources, but you must provide a full reference and explicitly identify the SLO that you are addressing. d) Provide a discussion of your interpretation and conclusions drawn from the issue in ONE paragraph (3 points)
e) Provide a list of references, including the article (APA formatted citation - see http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/section/2/10/): (1 point)
