Paper Instructions:
You are to conduct two interviews of people, who are not family members or close friends, about your paper topic. The primary goal of this is for you to add primary research to your final paper. The secondary goal is for those of you who are working on a career change and want an excuse to talk to HR professionals to do so.
Please, make sure that the person you interview agrees to be quoted. You don't have to quote the person by name. You could write, "Per an HR executive in the telecommunications industry..."
10-page, APA paper on Emotion and Gender in the Workplace.
Subtly mention the following:
Race and Workplace Promotions
Leadership Stereotypes and Race
Sexual Orientation Issues in the Workplace
You need a minimum of 5 peer-reviewed articles in your paper and two interviews per person working on the paper. Draw upon the paraphrasing in your article notes and chapter notes. You need to work on the interviews early. If you interview individuals who cannot speak for or against what you have found in your research, you need to conduct another interview.
If you work on the paper as a team, you need to include all of the people whom the whole team interviewed. For example, a team of three would include six interviews and anticipate increasing the paper length. Estimate two additional pages per person added to the team.
