The decision to have this facility was influenced by the increased number of emergency cases in the locality. The fact that the Amicus HomeCare is situated along the highway dictates the increased instances of emergencies resulting from accidents that the hospital responds to every day.
Amicus appreciates the need to hire reliable, enough, and qualified personnel to enhance the attainment of the facility’s mission and vision statements. Human Resource plays an essential role in enabling a healthcare provider facility to offer quality health services to patients (Khatri et al., 2017). This consideration influenced the management team always to hire qualified and reliable personnel to ensure that there is the provision of quality healthcare services for clients visiting the hospital.
