Conduct a thorough risk assessment of one of the following hazards/ threats by (1) identifying the risks, (2) analyzing the risks, and (3) evaluating the risks posed by that event. Select one of the three following hazards/ threats for the analysis:

COVID-19 Pandemic affecting the United States
A Terrorist attack at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago
A Category 5 hurricane in New Orleans post-Katrina
In this risk assessment, it is expected that (1) the context of the incident is defined, (2) the types of risks are identified (strategic, operational, institutional risks), (3) the risks are assessed and analyzed in a risk matrix relating to their impact on a variety of factors (health, socioeconomic, etc.), and (4) develop alternatives to identify similar threats and mitigate the effects if they were to occur. This assignment is due by 11:59 PM on Sunday 7/19.

This assignment should be 4-6 pages in length (not including References), 12-point font, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 1-inch margins, and utilize APA citation format.
