Research Questions:

Objectives of the Study:    
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship and engagement between the law enforcers and the society they serve with regards to community policing. Similarly, the study will examine community policing from the public relation perspective to its application as an adequate problem-solving tool. The study will establish whether the community policing approach to the fight against crime is equally acceptable to both the law enforcement agencies and the members of the communities. The study will also examine the difference between community policing and the traditional policing approaches to police work to determine whether the collaborative effort between the police and the public has particular advantages over the traditional policing methods in the maintenance of law and order. 

Data Analysis/Conclusions: 
This study will focus on the examination of the data collected from the various online sources and publications to determine the effectiveness of community policing. The data will be used to determine the relationship and trust established between the police and the communities as a result of their collaboration in community policing as well as the benefits of such collaborations in the fight against crime. The data will further assist in determining the acceptance of community policing concept among the members of the communities where it is applied and among the various security agencies and personnel.
The findings of this study will provide security specialists and the members of the public collaborating with police with an in-depth understanding of the community-policing concept. This will include the importance of trust in the collaborative efforts in the fight against criminal activities in the communities and the benefits of community policing over traditional policing methods.
