With particular reference to food law, critically analyse Tench’s idea  

- the attached paper needs to be revised. need to be making some direct references to Tench’s article (attached) .  I have also not addressed the part of the question that refers to food law...  So please include argument that a middle system of law is appropriate for food law and state why. There is an opportunity to consider the civil penalties available in Environmental law (‘Macrory’ sanctions). Please use the attached documents to help me close this paper.
