Now that you have learned about some types of physical evidence that can be discovered at a crime scene, consider the value of this evidence. Should a prosecutor be able to gain a conviction based solely on physical evidence found at the crime scene?

If you were a juror on a murder case that had no eyewitness, no video evidence, and no confession, is it conceivable that you could vote to convict based only on the evidence presented by crime scene and crime lab employees? Keeping this scenario in mind, answer the following:
