For your final project you will be examining a few influential technological advancements from the different time periods and regions we covered in class. For each advancement, you will explain how it was connected to larger events going on in the world. You will present your research in a creative way: magazine, blog, diary, poster, etc. 1) Choose five different time periods covered this semester/year. 2) For each time period you choose, you will focus on one famous invention from that era. 3) Explain the invention and how it influenced what was happening in the larger world. Use at least three specific terms, events or names we studied in class. (1-2 paragraphs). 4) Find or create at least one drawing or picture to illustrate each innovation. Modern Day 5) Choose one recent technological advancement and explain how it influenced our modern world (1-2 paragraphs). 6) Find or create at least one picture to illustrate the advancement.
