In a minimum of 1000 words, discuss three fundamental differences between European (Spanish/English) and Native American societies (throughout the "Americas") from the point of European invasion and conquest through the establishment of the Spanish and British (U.S.) colonies and analyze why these differences led to an "American Holocaust".
