Consider the various theories for interpreting the Constitution (from the Linder, Mayer, and atlassociety.org links). What advantages and limitations, if any, do you see? Explain. And, if you were a sitting Justice, what theory (theories) do you think you would lean on the most in arriving at your decision? Why?
