No one can do it all alone.  We rely on others to get things done.  We discussed ideas about motivation and working with others who resist change.  The attached article outlines a framework for school improvement (change).  Combined research has proven school improvement relies on skillful participation, vision, inquiry, collaboration, and reflection.  This assignment is asking you to look at the four frameworks outlined in the article - Study Groups, Action Research Teams, Vertical Learning Communities, and Leadership Teams.  Your school may already be implementing one or more of these frameworks.  Pick just one framework and show how it can be or is being used to create change in your building.  We learn best when we teach each other.  We do not operate in silos.  Take the details outlined in the  one of the frameworks and show how it could be used to bring about sustainable change in the area you choose.  Your paper should be no more or less than two pages - enough to synthesize the material in this module and reference it in your paper.
