Charlie Chaplin is a comic giant because he utilizes instruments in parodying the voices as well as making fun of all the talking films and the involved characters. He imitates the monotone intonation of the boring speech that is presented by the mayor in an unintelligible squeak and squawks that are generated in series. Charlie is, therefore, a comic genius based on city lights movie because he utilizes silent comedy to communicate. This is achieved through the utilization of body language who serves as the film’s speech since there is no speech in the film. The film is structured in a form where there is no dialogue and no existence of super realism which is obtrusive. Therefore the flow of the film is not interrupted and this makes his comic very strong. He does not need to illustrate speech in order for individuals to understand and connect but he instead utilizes body language which is silent that making his comic more loud. For instance, the tramp’s friends are those individuals who cannot see him and his appearance which is shabby sets him apart from people (Chaplin, n.p).

Charlie Chaplin is a dramatic genius because he utilizes the thematic realization of dialogue in the modern times movie in depicting drama. The movie is not a completely silent film because there are several dialogues snippets as well as the effects of sound. The dramatic genius nature is depicted by the fact that every character who is involved in a speech except him is mocked. For instance even, when tramp attempts to open is mouth for the First and only time in the film the words generated is defying and nonsensical (Chaplin, n.p). This is an escalating convention that conversation is essential for entertainment, substance as well as quality. Moreover, his dramatic genius is represented by the fact that his conversation is not mocked because he believes that the modern changes are not beneficial. For instance in the film the tramp is constantly attempting to go back to jail because it is the only placed that make him feel safe and protected (Chaplin, n.p). Through the characters, he utilizes a language that is easy for individuals to understand the nature of changes that he believes are essential and not beneficial. From the modern times, the dialogue to the Tramp and other characters are mock because they are nonsensical. He utilizes humor in order to develop the general understanding of individuals.

Charlie Chaplin is a political genius because in the great dictator he plays the role of Hynkel who is a political dictator and acts as Hitler. Additionally, he also plays as a barber from the Jewish community and looks like Hynkel. His political genius is illustrated in his capability to demonstrate the full understanding of World War II as well as the potential threats posed by Mussolini, goring, Goebbels and Hitler towards the western civilization. Moreover is fully able to make history hilarious through his play (Chaplin, n.p). He is able to confirm the events understanding that took place before the occurrence of WWII with adequate knowledge and history background. In his plays, he represents political events and history by utilization of poetry and humor where the globe and Hitler scene are made to be the most memorable scenes in the whole film. He is, therefore, a political genius because he provides an understanding of those men that were involved in the war start. For instance, the film begins with the presentation of a speech where Hynkel represents Hitler who delivers insults against the Jewish. Chaplin states that his excellence has just made his words to the Jewish (Chaplin, n.p).
