The table of content for this plan should comprise of the following chapters; chapter one, a business summary comprising of the executive summary, which is a brief summary of the company’s goals mission and vision (Masterfano, 1). This chapter also comprises of a business description which presents the history of the business
Chapter two of the business plan should consist of market analysis which describes industry trends, total market, the target markets, competition, the competitive advantage and the map of location of the company.
Chapter three should consist of the marketing strategy which describes the products or services to be offered, promotional tools and strategies, pricing strategies, place and distribution channels (Masterfano, 2).
Chapter four of the plan should contain the management plan. This should describe the goals and objectives of management, staffing plan, operations of the company and the suppliers of the company (Masterfano, 2).
The five of the plan should provide financial information of the company. Under this, the sources and the uses of funds must be stated.
Survey design
Interview guide is preferable and it will basically interview customers of different genders from various locations to find out how they feel about the product and how they would prefer the product to be modified to meet their exact needs fully. Open ended questions and multiple choice questions can be used.
