The universities offer various different courses that help students in shaping their lives. In order for the students to achieve their target goals, various parties in the education sector have the obligation of providing proper mechanisms of assisting students. However, accessing quality education in Qatar fails due to the flaws associated with this sector. Various parties associated with the education sector ought to change some policies in order to improve the learning standards in Qatar.
  •             There is nothing perfect in the whole world but in order to offer quality education, various policies ought to change. Although there are some flaws in Qatar’s education, the people of this nation are working on the system that will fix these flaws. In order to change the policies that affect the standards of education in Qatar, the government ought to address the main flaws. Fixing of these flaws will be the only solution to the deteriorating education in Qatar. The best issue concerning the education in Qatar is that many of the residents are ready to accept the changes and work on new policies.  
  •             One of the main flaws affecting students to achieve quality education is the failure of professors to accomplish their goals. Most of the professors entitled to assist the students in achieving their education goals have poor ethical values (Dudley 30). The professors fail in providing the required support to the students in terms of physiological and moral guidance. The professors act unethically when giving performance grades to the students. Most of the students complain that they receive grades that are low to comparing to their performances in class. This problem affects the students psychologically and leads them to lose moral of performing better.
  •             In other cases, the students get more than they deserved to get after performing a certain examination. Professors are the one who generate this problem by failing to take their time in marking most of the exams performed by students. According to some of complains that the students raise is that those who are hardworking get affected by this behavior. The hardworking students argue that it is not logical for those who fail apply much effort in their academic work to receive more grades than they deserve (Dudley 30). Another issue that rises in respect to the grading of the exams is that some professors do not follow the set guidelines by the examination council to mark the exams. In this case, the professors end up giving the students grades that they do not deserve. Changing the policies that the professors apply in marking and giving performance grades to the students is the solution to curb the unethical behavior. All the universities ought to have a body with the obligation of monitoring the professors while teaching and marking the exams.
  •             Another policy that concerned parties in the education sector ought to consider in order to improve the education standard in Qatar is the terms and conditions related to admission of students. Students and parents have raised various complains concerning the manner in which students obtain their admission letters of joining universities in Qatar. According to complains raised by the parents, most of the students join the university after offering bribes to some the education officials. A private organization that conducted a survey about university education in Qatar indicated that most of the students join the universities even after obtain low grades in their secondary school education. The government ought to address this issue with great concern in order to improve the standard of education. Allowing students with low grades to join the university through the methods of corruption results to the hardworking students lack the opportunity to access education (Louay, Zellman & Gail 458). Most of the students with low-grade end up engaging in immoral behaviors while in the university. The reason of this students acting in such a manner is that their motive in joining the institutions is because they have money to offer bribe rather than having the will to obtain knowledge. In this case, the governing bodies of all the university ought to change the strategies of admitting the students in order to curb the unethical behaviors of corruption.
  •             Reflecting on the issues that affect the education of various universities in Qatar, there is a need to consider on the policy that various employment organizations apply in their line of duty. Most of the alumni from other education institutions argue that their colleagues from the university gain the first priority when applying various vacancies. On this case, every students fight with all means in finding a vacancy in the universities. Most of the time the vacancies that the universities can provide are rare considering to the number of the students wishing to join the institutions (Louay, Zellman & Gail 462). This is the main cause of unethical acts associated with corruption that affect that university education. Most of the students claim that the universities only accommodate students from wealthy families. Most the qualified students claim that they fail to get an employment opportunity only because they are not from the universities. On this issue, the companies and other working corporations in Qatar have the obligation of making sure that they offer equal opportunities to all the students seeking for jobs. This process will help in getting away the tradition belief that it is only when a student obtains education from this institutions may be successful in finding job.
  •             The other preprocess that the government and the education bodies ought to consider is in providing quality education in Qatar is manner of choosing career subjects. The truth is that every student is entitled with a particular talent that can perform well after completing from the universities (Dudley 30). Unfortunately, most of the parents and teachers fail to realize this phenomenon. In other cases, parents and teachers ignore this issue and force the students in choosing a certain subjects. Students who choose subject that are not of their choice end up failing in most of their exams. Other students end up dropping their courses in the middle of the learning activities. This problem is a major issue that results to some of the students dropping out of the university. Those students who manage to continue with studying the subjects of not their choice end up gaining poor grades at that end of their learning in the university. Both parents and teachers ought to address this issue in order to give students a room to choose the subjects of their choice.

  •             Various parties associated with the education sector ought to change some policies in order to improve the learning standards in Qatar. Although there is nothing that is perfect in the whole world, the parties associated with the university education ought to change the above outlined policies.
