  Project Proposal: The Background and Significance chapter will include a purpose statement; relevant background information on the health issue(s) and population to be addressed; a statement naming any variables to be examined (if applicable); and a hypothesis (if applicable). 
I didn't make a hypothesis on my paper. I guess my variables would be homeless youth and how mobile apps can be helpful. I'm done doing research myself, I'm just gathering secondary research. My goal is to drop off brochures with helpful mobile app info, where homeless youths receive benefits and free government phone. I'm not interviewing anyone, just simply providing helpful information. Also, I'm not so confident about the subtitles I wrote and if they are good ones. Please review subtitles and let me know if you have other recommendations.
