Opportunities •
Acquisition of fuse point: The Company managed to acquire acquisition of fuse point for approximately $ 121 million in cash in June 2010 (DATAMONITOR 8). Acquisition of fuse point helps the company to grow in other hosting market.
Threats •
Intense Competition: The Company operates on high competitive market. Most of the company’s competitors include IBM, HP and CSC (DATAMONITOR 9).
