- The constitution of the American government has played a big role in the well-being of its citizen. According to the constitution, the last clause of the eighth section depicts that all laws ought to be respected and the powers of the constitution be vested by any department officer of the American Government (Frantzich & Ernst, 2009). Another clause that raises some arguments in the constitution of America is the second clause of the sixth article that declares that the Supreme law of the land will always be the pursuance of the constitution and the treaties made by the authority. The above two clause have brought many arguments among many citizens of America and have caused discrimination to among some communities.
- Both of the two clauses have raised alarm unto the government where most people ask, which is the power of the legislature regarding the implementation of the two laws. The citizens of America argue on the question of the legislative power regarding to the constitution. According to the citizens, the legislative power out to be the power that helps in implementation of the laws. According to the arguments that causes disagreements to most people is the issue of taxes (Frantzich & Ernst, 2009). Most of the people state that the law ought to stress much on the issue of paying taxes regarding the class of a person or the state where on comes from.
- Regarding to the laws of the Union that depicts that they ought to be the Supreme law of the land, many people still have questions about this issue. Most of the citizen’s state that the Supreme law ought to be honored and when there is failure in doing so, the law amount to nothing (Kozak, 2011). The real meaning of the law is that there is an inclusion the term supremacy in it. When there is no supremacy in the law of the land, the meaning of the term law is just liker another word used by the politicians known as political power and supremacy. The law that does not have supremacy in it fails to follow the doctrines that are set by the government. In addition, these laws are not persuasive and fail to express themselves with the persuasion of the constitution.
- Having considered the negatives that come with lack of proper implementation of the Supreme laws, the government established various powers that ought to be enacted within the new constitution. The main question is whether the registered is well constituted to provide checks and restrictions for the security of the rights of the American people (Kozak, 2011). The other question is whether the constituted will be able to defend the citizens from abuse of power. According to the American citizens, the best system that ought to rule the government of America is considered to be the confederation one. The other system that would rule the government in the best way would be the consideration of the states.
- According to the government, without the implementation of the new constitution, no terms will be honored regarding to the laws set by the legislature. The legislature under the new constitution has the power to pass any law that seems to be of essential benefit tom the people American people. The new constitution outlines various imposts that ought to be followed by the citizens and those in the business world regarding to the payment of taxes (Kozak, 2011). The constitution answers two of the main questions asked regarding to the implementation of taxis. According to the explanations given, the new constitution seems to have the answer for the Americans question about tax. The constitution will ended the difference between the internal and external taxes that is most experienced by the people of America. According to the new constitution , it has the power to enacts new laws that can be implemented by the people of America.
