I think that many of us have learned valuable lessons about effective leadership and how to manage others. We learned about the importance of motivation and relationship building and what elements create efficiency and effectiveness within an organization.
A reflective statement that I would like to suggest is one that allows us to share the different styles of leadership that we possess. Knowing ourselves and who we are as leaders is a great reminder and lesson learned in this course.
