These changes included trading away established veterans and star players. The manager of the team and his staff were also relieved of their duties. The projected payroll for the upcoming season will be among the lowest in all of Major League Baseball. However, next year will be the team’s second season in a brand new state-of-the-art ballpark.
These recent front office decisions will affect season tickets and corporate sponsorships.
I am placing you in a leadership position within the organization. Your responsibilities include maintaining current season ticket holders and attracting new ones. You also oversee corporate partnerships.
Please explain your plan regarding season ticket holder retention and growth. I also want you to discuss how you plan on attracting more corporate partners given the current state of the team.
