Reduction of Poverty

            The modern societies try to reduce poverty because its effects are severe.  Children who are raise in a poor family suffer more and have health problems that those that grow in richer families.  For instance those children exposed into scarcity have stumpy delivery mass which is associated with many cerebral and bodily ill health’s.  Others raised in scarcity also do not go to school due to illnesses, these children are exposed to accidents than other children are likely to have vision and hearing problems that can cause stress in brain functioning. The modern society is also viewing stress in the families which is brought by economic conditions.  Lack of jobs and enduring poverty creates violence in families such as children and adult abuse.  Poverty is the main cause of social pressures and intimidations that divide a nation due to inequities. This occurs when wealth in a country is unevenly distributed among the inhabitants (Sharma, 2001).

            In order for societies to reduce poverty, they should include the government which should impose a general redistribution of income to lower poverty and this will help the people who earn less income.  For instance cash can be redistributed to families who earn less than $ 5,000 in a year.  The government can also impose anti-poverty programs based in that every person in the society will be affected by the existence of poverty due to the care feelings. These programs are effective as everyone benefits when any person helps the poor so every personal contributor gets only a share of the benefit. Thus although the law of redistribution of income is hard to validate, the anti-poverty programs are vulnerable (Sharma, 2001).
