Terminal values

The most important terminal values are wisdom, ambitious and health. They are destiny determinants and therefore they have unique identities that truly identify whom I am. Being ambitious is prioritized in my ranking because being hardworking is the best example a leader can show to those he leads. Profitability in all dimensions of life is determined by how committed I am in all the sectors of leadership. Wisdom is the second in my preference. Wisdom refers to the quality of knowledge and intelligence that helps people to make sound decisions. It comes with experience and smartness of a person. I consider wisdom as the beginning of every success in business and in leadership. Health is the wellness of physical or mental condition of a person. I consider health as an important terminal value because when I am healthy, I can carry out my leadership duties without any difficulties.

Instrumental values

Among the many important instrumental values, I consider independence, loving and self controlled as the most important. In this regard, independence is the state of being self reliant which is a value that can help me to do leadership decisions without any alterations. Loving is the most important of all the values because love is the result of all the good values including respect, obedience and many others. Loving is my most value because showing tenderness and affection to those that I lead is what I treasure most. Lastly self-controlled also appears as the top three values which refers to the ability of restraining oneself from doing an action. This value is responsible for alarming me when certain boundaries ought not to be crossed.
