You are tasked with presenting an argument before the City Council in an attempt to have them support your initiative on Whole Community Emergency Management. You are to create a PowerPoint on the concept of Whole Community Emergency Management that will be presented to the City Council. It should contain the information they need to understand what it is, why it is important, how to go about it, etc. and finally why they should support and fund the initiative. It should be a minimum of 15 slides. You must cite your references; this can be done on each slide or at the very end like a sources cited page. Either way you need to give credit for any information that is not your own. It should contain graphics, pictures, etc. to make it appealing to the audience.
