- Give a general description of the product offered
- The product offered is made of a fabric that has a low quality degree in withstanding the loss of appearance through surface ware. The product is not able to withstand the original better appearance after friction actions (Meadows, 123). The absorbency of the product is very low. The product does not have the ability of to take in moisture as recommended by the manufacturing standards. The product fails to meet the requirements of a good fabric in order to resist fading from washing. The compression stretch of the product is of low standard.
- b) Why was this high-low strategy used?
- The manufacturing company used the high low strategy for making the product due to various reasons. One of the reasons is that the raw product that the company used to make the product was of low quality. The manufacturing company did not meet the recommended standards of making the product because of management failure. The production departments fail to take the required initiative in order to making sure that the company delivers a product of high quality to its esteemed customers (Meadows 126). The setting of creating the product was poor due to the failure of production department. The company failed to follow the correct and right strategies of making the product.
- What was the benefit to Target?
- The benefit of using the strategy is that the manufacturing company used low amount of capital when making the product. While using the low strategy procedure in making the product company was able to evaluate the difference in terms of expenses that it costs to make the right products. The company was also able to evaluate the possible risks of making products that fail to meet the requirements of clients (Jones & Rushton 59). The risk includes losing potential clients who make the operations of the company to remain in progress.
- d) What was the benefit to Missoni?
- The benefit to Missoni was to capture the mind of various clients and show them the essential advantages of making a quality product that meets the recommended requirements. The other benefit was to create awareness to the employees of the company about the importance of producing a high quality product (Meadows 128).

- The strategy has failed to work in the past because of various reasons. One of the reasons is that many of the clients that highly depend with the product fail to trust the company again because the low quality product affects their relationship with the company. The other disadvantage of the target is that the company would result in making more losses than the intended while in making the process.
- f) Would they be likely to pursue a joint venture of this nature again in the future?
- There is a high possibility that they would not be able to pursue a joint venture of this nature in future. The reason for the fail of venturing again is that there are more disadvantages from the strategy. The company would consider the amount of money and resources that can result into waste while conducting such a target.

- The brand primarily falls under the cultural segment where a certain culture is able to make its own fashion. According to the views of the author in the article, the company is able to carry out segmentation through a set process from the management of the organization (Haulman 182).
