The company has a set of arranged procedure that it will employ in order to make the exhibition successful.

In this Christmas period, the company has managed to procure a senior position in exhibiting two of its best new products in a London exhibition. One of the products that the company ought to show in the exhibition is the Whole-berry while the other one is cranberry sauce. One of the main targets of the company in order to have a successful exhibition is proper planning. The planning includes the number of the visitors that ought to visit the exhibition. The management of the organization targets that there might be more than 10,000 visitors in the exhibition and therefore there will be a need to have thorough preparation in order to meet the demands of all visitors who will manage to attend the exhibition. The exhibition will entail all members of the public together with several government officials. The management recognized that there is a need to include several artists during the exhibition in order to win the attention of the public.
