- In order to accomplish this goal I will ensure that I keep the record of all the books read. Participation in various literature discussions can also help to appreciate the different literature genres.
- This goal can help to me to understand the information gotten from different books. In addition, this goal can also help me to gain insight on the various issues of life for instance my role in the society.
- Reading at least five book written by the same author
- Reading different books written by the same author can help me to understand the issue that the author deem important. Most importantly, reading books from the same author can also help me develop the interest in writing my own book.

- Evaluating the main ideas in a text
- This goal will help in ensuring that I fully understand the various concepts found different textbook. Moreover, this goal will also help me in answering various questions in exams. In addition, this can also help me to understand how the main ideas relate to other ideas in the text.

- This goal will allow me to know how to use the text feature such as the sidebars and hyperlink to locate information. In addition, this will allow me to know how to relate the information gotten from these features to the main idea in the text.

- This goal will allow me to understand the common prefixes and derivatives suffixes. In addition, this will also allow me to decode words with common Latin suffix.

- This goal will allow me to read text and understand its meaning. Moreover, the skill will also help me to develop proper reading habit.

- These goals will have various effects on my learning activities. First they will help to boost my social-emotional attitude. This is because with good reading habit, I will be able to become smart in my studies and therefore boost my social emotional attitude (Peine, 2008). Moreover with improved reading skills I will also be able to increase my vocabulary and the language skills. In relations to the behavior these goals will enable me to develop reading habit. Most importantly, these goals will allow to developed effective reading habits. Another important point to note is the fact these goals will help ensure that I am able to improve on my academic performance. This is because these goals will allow me to read and understand the various question asked in the exam.

- In relation all the teachers understand the central concept and the tools of enquiry of their discipline (Cullingford, 2006). This will in turn help me to understand my literature studies. In addition, the teachers can also create a learning experience that will allow me develop the necessary attitude in my studies.

- The teachers have the ability to understand how different student grow. This therefore implies that the teacher has the ability to support the intellectual, social and personal development. This can also help me to achieve my goals since my teachers can help to advice on the best ways to deal with my weak areas.

- The teachers understand varieties of instruction giving strategies. In relation to this, the teachers understand how to integrate things like technology with learning. This will therefore help to ensure that am able to know how to integrate technology in my learning.

- It is evident that the teachers are trained on how to check the progress of the student using the formal and the informal methods. This standard will therefore help me to understand whether am to achieve my growth strategies.

- The first is through collecting the performance data over a certain period. This can help me to establish whether there is improvement in my academic performance. In addition, I will also check whether I have been able to achieve my target of reading five different literature books per week. In order to check on this one I will use my records to see the number of books that I have read. In addition I will also use my observation method to see whether there is any improvement on my reading skills. Moreover, I can also use the comment from the teachers. This can help to gauge my performance on the professional development.

- In order to establish of the effect my growth on my learning. I will first check on my performance in the literature. This will help me to understand whether the am able to accomplish my objective. I will also check on my fluency in reading various books. This is because one of my objectives was to improve on my fluency in reading. This will therefore help me to understand whether I was able to achieve the goal of ensuring that I evaluate the information provided in a textbook. Moreover, I will also use the comment from my friend concerning the new changes to evaluate my emotional changes.

Another way that I have been able to ensure that I grow professionally is by ensuring that I analyze whatever, I have achieved within the specified time. It is also important to note that I have also been able to learn from various writers on how to be successful in life. Most importantly I have also been able to learn how to negotiate whatever I want. In addition I have also been able to read the various professional publications by different authors. This has helped to equip me with the necessary knowledge to ensure that I achieve my career aspirations. It is also important to note that I have also offered to help other student to also develop professionally.

This therefore implies that the reading habit that I developed has really played a part in this improvement.
