My educational background includes documentation and data supporting qualifications and validation in wide area covering facilities utilities and equipment and different related systems. My expertise in the field ensures I adhere to regulatory compliance, safety of these facilities and equipments and solving issues related to risks arising in my practice. With much knowledge in strategic planning, team leadership and collaboration, I am highly accomplished in leading organizations to process improvements and hence, long-term growth. I have gain experience in these areas while working at Ermetal Group and IGR AMERICAS, Inc. as an intern and operations respectively, which also exposed me to the work environment and the requirements needed for success. Working in these organizations provided an opportunity where I could practice my wide knowledge in mechanical experience and in applying theory in a practical environmental. Mechanical engineering must combine innovation, knowledge, creativity and analytical ability in order to find solutions to the various problems facing humanity both locally and in the international filed (Career Cornerstone Centre, n.d).
Educational goals
My educational goals in the programs include conducting impactful research with an aim of addressing different pressing problems and challenges of both national and worldwide significance in various areas such as transportation, healthcare and energy. Moreover, I aim at demonstrating technical strength based on engineering knowledge and expertise within a conventional mechanical engineering discipline which lays foundation for further education. Through this, I will be able to portray professional skills which are necessary in translation of scientific innovations and technical knowledge in practical application in the academic field.
Career goals
My long-term career goals includes qualifying as professional mechanical engineer which will enable me to embrace opportunities in this field both at corporate level and research and development at academic level. At the corporate level, my aim is to assume leadership positions with huge responsibility in an organization and gain experience that will improve my chances of taking promotion positions. The goals also covers the ability combine skills and techniques in bringing change while occupying the leadership position through modern tools of engineering and improving innovation across different industries. My career goal also involves impacting positively on the society, by providing engineering solutions to the challenges being experienced in economic and environmental context nationally and globally. Therefore, my career development will not only focus on personal growth and development but also impacting on the society offering necessary opportunities.
In order to succeed in this program, I will remain committed to the usefulness of mechanical engineering and applying the desired values and quality for success. Hard work in learning mastering the engineering concepts and active participation in research and development are important aspects that I believe will enable me to navigate through the requirements of the program . My passion and very strong intuition for engineering will be important in encountering any challenges and adapting to any changes that may be necessary for one to succeed in the program. In addition, a strong work ethic will go a long way in guiding my steps in research work and accomplishing all the courses at the graduate level. I will seek to be the best student everyone want to have in their research team, and later in corporate environment.
