Contemporary life has been made easier thanks to the great contribution of the internet technology. Communication and information sharing has been made more effective and efficient. It is beyond any doubt that emergence and adoption of internet technology have resulted in life convenience. The internet not only allows communication of information across the world but it ensures easy availability and accessibility of this information. Businesses have greatly benefited from the use of the internet. The convenience of the communication enhanced by the internet has enhanced the companies to expand their operation even to global markets (Chandola, 2015). However, it is important to note that the internet is both a center for positive and negative consequences of use.

While the internet is being commended for its good work in making life easier, it is also reflecting an ugly side due to its existence. With the internet, criminals are able to obtain information from people thus stealing their credit cards. Most people across the world have become victims of white collar crimes. As people develop a habit of talking to others through the internet, their communication ability has been impaired (Chandola, 2015). Some of the games hosted on the internet have eroded the traditional forms of entertainment mostly for children. This has become detrimental to children’s health as they lead a lifestyle that is related to illness. Such diseases may include obesity.

Success has been misinterpreted to revolve around power, money, and fame. However, this is not the case. This is because success is all about feeling accomplished rather than achieving a lot in life. Success is measured by how happy we are. Success can be defined in so many ways. However, the most appealing definition refers to success as the feeling of excitement about who we are, what we do and how we do it. It revolves around being resilient even in tough times and ultimately living a life that we can easily pride in.

Ethics can also be referred to as the moral philosophy. This relates to the question about how people should act. It determines people’s action and their definition of right and wrong. It is concerned with achieving a greater good. According to philosophers, ethics is all inclusive of moral ideals and conduct in life. Humanity serves to fulfill a moral duty and obligation (Driver, 2013).

Lifestyle refers to the way of living for a particular group of people. This is the living condition, conduct, and habits that particular group of people chooses. A positive lifestyle relates to happiness while negative lifestyle can lead to an unsatisfactory life that is dominated by sadness and depression. Lifestyle reflects a person’s attitudes and values that represent a sense of self that is in line with an individual’s identity. Different environments incite different lifestyles.

Education is one of the highest priorities in UAE. The nation strongly believes that the greatest way through which they can make wealth is through investing in the creation of educated generations. Education in UAE has been focused on both men and women where literacy is currently close to 95%. The nation has a new education system (Markaz et al, 2011). Presently, the education at the primary and secondary level is widespread. The education curriculum in these schools matches the development goals and values of the UAE.
