Personal integrity
Personal integrity is a state which a person is required to make a tough decision while still maintaining the moral principles through the decision and also in their general life. Personal integrity is a choice of morals that each person should strive to have and retain in every sense. There are various aspects of personal integrity which are: demands a consistency between the public action and the inner beliefs, identifies that people have the capacity to make and act on commitments and integrity recognizes unity in every aspect (Dobel, 2016). For every official in the public sector, he or she must have respect, truthfulness, care, fairness and commitment as central values.
