Recall training you took at your current and past workplace.  Describe the training method(s), using labels from those listed in Chapter 6, that were most often used by your employers. Assess the effectiveness of the method(s) used. Which one was most effective? Provide a rationale to support your response. (Note: Do not reveal in the discussion the name of the organization at which the training was taken or the people involved in the training).
