Retention Plan
Design and develop an empirically based retention plan that focuses on strategies for enhancing staff satisfaction and reduce turnover. Critically review a minimum of five research studies related to the topic and identify factors that influence job satisfaction and turnover. Using the research findings as a reference, develop an evidence-based plan that addresses the specific problems you have identified. The assignment will be evaluated on the scope of the plan, soundness of the proposed strategies, quality of literature review and ability to integrate research findings in the plan (see rubric for specific evaluation criteria)
