Having completed one year of feedback reviews with Robert’s new 360-
degree feedback system, you are concerned that your employees may wrongly assume that self evaluations and peer evaluations carry the same weight (for promotions, bonuses, etc.) as manager evaluations. First, decide how the four types of ratings (clients, peers, manager, self) should be weighted. Next, write a one-page email to your employees informing them of the weightings.
