Discuss the following:
Did Bill W. display a type of alcoholism that suggests its cause to be grounded in nature or nurture concerns (or both/and)?  Develop your discussion by identifying “symptoms” which would support your beliefs. 
What was the impact of Bill W’s alcoholism on his family and what significance did “recovery” have on his marriage and the relationships he held with other people in his life.
Do you believe that Bill W. would change any aspects of Alcoholics Anonymous in the 21st century given the most research being done in the area of “alcoholism”.  What changes would they be and how is your reasoning supported by textbook and lecture material.
