Client evaluation is very crucial to the organization because it helps in highlighting the ability of individuals to relate with customers. This is therefore analyzed by the ability of an individual to solve issues raised by customers and also delivering satisfactory services to them consistently. Since the clients are the most crucial elements in influencing success it is, therefore, good for their needs to be fully taken take off at all times.
Managers’ evaluation holds greater weight because it is based on job performance, job experience, innovativeness, flexibility and consistency. An individual has to perform the duties well as stated in order to be ranked as well performing person.
