I…………………., clicker trainer do consider this investigation to be highly confidential.  I will therefore respect your agreements and wishes in evaluation and analyzing your responses.  This form might be utilized for trainers and the training organizations in performing specific research matters which may include future development. As the research leader I clearly understand that I will have access to confidential information in regard to the training session generated by the participants.

  1. Maintaining all the research data shard confidentially to me by ensuring that I  do not discuss  or share the research data in  this form with anyone except from the  organization 
  2. I will also maintain all research data in every form secure as everything will be maintained in my possession.
  3. The analysis of this research will be solemnly be conducted by me.
  4. I will not correct any person information such as names, phone numbers or anything that may reveal the respondents.
  5. After the analysis of the responses as the researcher all the information in the fills will be destroyed in t ensue that only the discussion, recommendations and conclusions of the research will be retained in a separate format.
