Topic:

The United States shares a 2,000 mile land border with Mexico to the south and an equally long border with Canada to the north.
In addition, there are about 500 coastal and inland ports serving the commercial and passenger maritime sector.
Address the following in your presentation:

The challenges of securing both land borders given the economic importance of international trade and commerce and the challenges of securing the nation’s road-based and rail-based transportation systems.
The role of security partnerships between the government and the private interests that operate the nation’s maritime assets and critical infrastructure.

Your oral presentation should be digitally video recorded (YouTube, MPEG, etc.) and prepared for submission in Week Four along with your slide presentation (video and slides may  be two separate files or may be combined as long as your face can be viewed delivering the presentation).This is an opportunity for students to practice their presentation skills.
