There are three important issues to consider regarding the mother decision on health care. First, one has to think about if a dying person ever talks. Look upon on mother’s verdict on joining the health club it is significant to value her decision because she talks about her desire at the end of life. Secondly, an individual has to think about mother’s expression. In view of the expression of the mother, it is important to know her opinion and about how somebody of her age was being treated. Thirdly, is to identify her value in life. Bearing in mind, it is an important issue to give a mother the meaning of life because being alive is the important thing (Crane, & Marshall, 2006).

Regarding on daughter or son response, it shows disrespect when he or she says “really, aerobic, yoga weightlifting” because of mother decision. Important issues to consider regarding on daughter’s/son’s decision is first are to take the mother's decision personally. It is important to focus on the significant rather than expressing her relentlessly. Second is to demand respect. Given that the mother is old it is important to show her respect probably on her decision (Bateman, & Fonagy, 2016).
