SCENARIO: You are working in human resources for an investment firm that is underwriting part of the 2018 FIFA (Soccer) World Cup to be held in several different cities in Russia. Several of the company’s employees returned from an organizing trip there showing symptoms of an unknown infectious disease. Your boss asks you to take the lead in addressing both internal and external concerns about their illness. In your initial report informing your boss about these issues, you should address the following points:
a.          Identify the various stakeholders that may have concerns about this illness and/or who will be involved in addressing it. Explain each group’s role in this potential crisis.
b.        Identify the information that you need in order to answer questions, including if different stakeholder groups might need different information.
c.          Determine where you might find that information and when it might be available.
d.        Draft a press release addressing relevant concerns.
